1. Nature of Services
GCC Media Group provides editorial enhancement, content development, media pitching, and publication facilitation services through a network of independent third-party media outlets.
GCC Media Group acts strictly as an intermediary service provider. We do not own, control, or operate any third-party media outlet unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. No Guarantee of Specific Media Placement
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- GCC Media Group does not guarantee publication on any specific media outlet, domain, platform, or publication.
- Media placement is determined solely by third-party editorial discretion.
- We guarantee that the article will be published somewhere within our network, but not on any specific outlet unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Any representation of example outlets is illustrative only and does not constitute a guarantee.
3. Publication Timeline Disclaimer
GCC Media Group guarantees that the article will be pitched to media partners within a maximum of seven (7) days following final content approval.
GCC Media Group guarantees publication within thirty (30) days.
However, the Client acknowledges that:
- Exact publication dates cannot be guaranteed.
- Media outlets operate on independent editorial calendars and schedules.
- Delays caused by third-party outlets are beyond our control.
Under no circumstances shall timeline variations constitute grounds for refund, dispute, or chargeback.
4. Absolute No Refund Policy
All payments made to GCC Media Group are final and non-refundable.
The Client expressly waives any right to dispute, reverse, or initiate chargebacks once payment has been processed.
No refunds shall be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with media outlet selection
- Publication timing
- Editorial adjustments
- Business performance outcomes
- Change of mind
- Subscription cancellation
5. Subscription Terms & Retraction Rights
If a subscription is canceled, suspended, unpaid, or terminated for any reason:
- GCC Media Group reserves the absolute right to request retraction, removal, or deletion of previously published articles associated with that subscription.
- The Client acknowledges that continued online presence of articles is conditional upon active subscription compliance.
6. Content Compliance & Editorial Authority
GCC Media Group reserves sole and absolute discretion to:
- Reject any submission.
- Edit, modify, restructure, or rewrite content.
- Remove portions referencing abuse, fraud, crime, harassment, illegal activities, or any content deemed inappropriate.
If a submission promotes or relates to abuse, fraud, crime, harassment, illegal activity, deception, or unethical conduct, we reserve the right to refuse service immediately without refund.
7. Client Representations & Warranties
The Client represents and warrants that:
- All submitted content is truthful and lawful.
- The Client owns or has full authorization to use submitted materials.
- The content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or third-party rights.
- The content does not contain defamatory, misleading, or illegal material.
- The Client assumes full legal responsibility for submitted content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- GCC Media Group shall not be liable for editorial decisions made by third-party media outlets.
- GCC Media Group is not responsible for the final published version of any article.
- GCC Media Group is not responsible for business outcomes, reputational results, SEO performance, traffic, sales, or any financial impact.
- GCC Media Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
- Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
9. Intermediary Status
The Client acknowledges that GCC Media Group:
- Does not control third-party editorial decisions.
- Does not guarantee permanent online availability.
- Is not responsible for modifications made by media outlets.
- Is not liable for article removal by media outlets.
We act solely as an intermediary facilitating media exposure.
10. Professional Conduct Policy
GCC Media Group maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Disrespectful behavior
- Harassment
- Threats
- Defamation
- Abusive communication
We reserve the right to immediately terminate services without refund if such behavior occurs.
11. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
Initiating unjustified chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims constitutes a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
- Submit evidence to financial institutions
- Pursue collection efforts
- Initiate legal action
The Client agrees to cover any administrative, legal, or recovery costs arising from wrongful disputes.
12. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GCC Media Group, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Submitted content
- Misrepresentation
- Legal claims related to published material
- Breach of these Terms
13. Modification of Terms
GCC Media Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
