5. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon submission of the order form. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Subscription plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their submitted content. GCC Media Group retains the right to showcase published work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
GCC Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
